Famous as a commonly used herb in South-East Asian cuisine, Lemongrass has its own reputation in the international herb world.
Dried lemongrass is a dainty olive-colored powder with a deep hue that might cause it to be mistaken for a couture and invigoratingly aromatic cosmetic. Lemongrass’ flavor is a bit tarty and light with lemon and pepper notes along with mint and ginger undertones.
